Fall Transitions at This Week's TFT Party

Hey friends, so glad you are me this beautiful Thursday morning.  Well, you all know I'm a huge fan of Fall/Autumn. I simply CAN NOT wait! So, imagine my delight when I read all of your wonderful posts transitioning from Summer to Fall.  Loved every minute of it. I have been pinning plenty, so I hope you are following my TFT Pinterest Board. I was lucky enough to get my paint brushes out yesterday and started working on a new project that I will be sharing with you soon. But, for now, let's take a look at the features from last week's party!

My Hubbard Home's How To Make An Early Autumn Apple Tablescape is a striking change from the norm.
Sew Can Do's Fall Simmering Potpourri Recipe is a personal favorite of mine. It makes the whole house smell simply heavenly.
Treat N Trick's Cranberry Bread Recipe sounds so yummy. I'm anxious to try her recipe!
Penny's Vintage Home shared her adorable and Simple Fall Coffee Table Vignette. Super sweet, Penny!

    Ahhhhh, you're priming us for fall, and your energy is infectious! I love seeing that bright apple green, and just the sight of simmering potpourri - it's my favorite fall and holiday thing! I'm sharing our Arizona kitchen we made over with no demo or dust at #113 and soulful reflections at #115.
