Happy Easter week, friends. Regardless of what's going on outside our doors, the fact remains that Sunday is Easter. For me, personally, this is one of the greatest days of gratitude for my faith. For this very Sunday, we can exclaim, "Christ Is Risen, Indeed!" No virus, quarantine, or anything else can possibly change God's gift to us on this day. I pray you all are safe and sound in your homes with your loved ones and able to find some way to celebrate this day. It doesn't have to be elaborate, just sincere.
Not preaching, just teaching. Sharing my truths.
On with this week's party! Tell me, though, are any of you not sewing masks right now?! I have been working on several and finally have settled on a favorite for comfort and coverage. I'm sure you have, as well. If you want to see the mask I'm using, check out the video Here.

ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Sandra!
DeleteYou've inspired me to make something for Easter today since I haven't decorated a single egg or wreath. I have been so consumed with cleaning and decluttering that those things fell to the bottom of the list. Thank you, Theresa for including your faith here as you gather so many creative souls who understand the beauty of home. I'm sharing at #79, 80 and 84, and they are all very different stories. Lemons get me thinking summer, my new mural reflects my spring sprucing up mode (it was easy and only took my husband 2 hours to install), and the quartz counter thing reminds me how grateful I am for an antibacterial surface in these uncertain times. Thanks for the opportunity to share them. Sending prayers for healing mercies and lavish grace to cover you and yours right where you are. xox
ReplyDeleteMichele, Cleaning and decluttering is good! I hope you did do something special for Easter, Michele. It's so much easier when I are living in gratitude, isn't it?
