Happy September!

 Good morning dear friends and Happy September to you all! 

We are heading into a triple digit heatwave for the next several days, so I’m busy getting my shade cloths up and readying the house to hunker down and wait it out  I don’t like hot. Thank you all for your continued inspiration and kindness and steadfast sources of enjoyment for both the readers and myself. On with this week’s Thursday Favorite Things party!

    I can not imagine the heat wave that is coming your way...This has been our 4th hottest Summer ever here in NEPA!! And I am hoping September will be a cooler month...Sending prayers as you continue to endure this heat...

    Happy September to you, Theresa! We are in the midst of that 5- or 6-day heat wave. I've noticed that the nights do cool down around 10pm. We open the windows at that time and let the cool fresh air come in.

      I’ve been doing the same, Rachelle. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been cooling enough at night. I think we are getting close to the end of this one. Just have to make it to the weekend, hopefully. Thanks for your comment! Happy Weekend!
